Loaner Vehicles - When you need a large repair, or if parts take a couple of days, we have a limited number of loaner vehicles that you can use. We just ask that you replace whatever gas you use.
Shuttle Service - If you are local within the Bloomington/Normal City area we offer limited shuttle service. Subject to social distancing measures.
2 Years/24,000 Mile Warranty with Roadside Assistance - Every purchase from Tuffy Bloomington over $25, even an oil change, is eligible for this excellent benefit. Roadside Assistance includes 2 occurrences up to $75 each for things like towing, flat tire service, fluid delivery or lock out.
Digital Inspection - We do a digital inspection of your vehicle and send you a text message with a link to open the photos and videos explaining the repairs recommended. We call you with details and pricing so you have the chance to ask questions. Repairs are prioritized into Red/Yellow/Green according to urgency. We take diagnostics seriously and we don't diagnose by replacing parts.
